1. If the normal printing cannot be achieved after continuous cleaning, it means that the ink in the ink cartridge (the computer automatically shuts down) is less or no longer, and the ink cartridge needs to be replaced.
2. Under normal circumstances, if there is a small amount of missing lines in the self-test pattern, if you do not print high-quality pictures (such as just printing files), you can print normally without cleaning the print head.
3. If the self-inspection pattern is still broken after cleaning, please repeat this operation 4 to 5 times. Under normal circumstances, the missing lines of the self-inspection pattern will be reduced, which proves that the cleaning is effective and should be maintained.
4. If the above problems are encountered during the printing process of the flatbed printer, the self-test should be carried out first. If there is a missing line in the self-test pattern, the print head needs to be cleaned. Under normal circumstances, when the self-check is performed after cleaning the print head, there is no missing line phenomenon in the pattern.
5. The newly installed ink cartridges sometimes encounter the phenomenon of self-test missing lines or a certain color cannot be ejected. At this time, do not easily judge that the print head is blocked. Most of them are caused by upside-down storage during transportation and other reasons. The print head is cleaned.
